ITI Electrician Course Syllabus

The ITI Electrician is a 2-year full-time certification program that is approved by the NCVT. The course is related to the Electrical wiring of buildings, transmission lines, stationary machines, and related equipment. The electricians may be employed in the installation of new electrical components or maintenance and repair of existing electrical infrastructure. Electrician courses are generally focused on either construction or maintenance, although many do both.

Syllabus for ITI Electrician

The syllabus for ITI Electrician comprises 5 subjects in each semester. The course of ITI electrician will be conducted semester-wise. There are a total of 4 semesters in this course. It is an ITI level program. After clearing all the examinations held in 4 semesters, the candidates will be able to get the degree.

  • Professional skill / (Trade practical):- As a professional, the candidates must have the interpersonal skills necessary to acquire with others. One needs to be able to share responsibility with others, communicate effectively, and achieve a common goal.
  • Professional knowledge/ (Trade Theory):- Subject matter expertise, pedagogical knowledge, and understanding of students in professional knowledge are all required to increase student achievement to enhance their understanding and their learning processes.
  • Workshop Science & Calculation:- Workshop Calculation & Science is regarded as a core skill set for acquiring hard skills in all Engineering Trades.
  • Engineering Drawing:- An engineering drawing is a subcategory of technical drawings. The purpose is to convey all the information necessary for manufacturing a product or apart. Engineering drawings use standardized language and symbols.
  • Employability Skills:- Employment skills can be defined as the transferable skills required by an individual to make them 'employable'. With good technical understanding and subject knowledge, employers often outline the set of skills they want from an employee.
