Civil Engineering (M.Tech) Admission Process

Civil Engineering (M.Tech) is a 2-year postgraduate course approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. This course is related to the maintenance, design, and construction of the physical and naturally built environment like roads, sewerage systems, bridges, canals, airports, pipelines, structural components of buildings. After the completion of the course, a postgraduate in Civil Engineering can start working with government and private organizations.

Civil Engineering (M.Tech) Eligibility Criteria

To pursue Civil Engineering (M.Tech) program, the aspirants should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:-

  • The candidates must have pursued their degree in BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Planning or any other equivalent degree from any recognized university.
  • The applicants must have secured an aggregate of 55% in Bachelor’s degree examination.
  • The candidates must be medically fit.

  • Candidates should fill the AIE CET application form. AIE CET is the national level common entrance test. Its form can be filled in an online and offline mode as per one’s comfort.
