ITI Electrician Admission Process

ITI Electrician is a 2-year certification course. There are a total of 4 semesters and it is approved by the NCVT (National Council Vocational Training). In this course, the candidates will be able to get specific information about electrical wiring of buildings, transmission lines, stationary machines, and related equipment.

ITI Electrician Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the ITI Electrician are as follows:-

  • The candidates must have qualified their 10th with a minimum score of 50% with any recognised board.
  • The age of the candidates must be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission.
  • The applicant can qualify the AIE CET to get admission to Puran Murti Pvt. Ltd.

How to take admission in ITI Electrician?

The steps of the admission procedure to the course of ITI Electrician can be found below:-

  • The candidates must fulfil the specified eligibility criteria.
  • Applicants should fill the AIE CET application form. AIE CET is the national level common entrance test. Its form can be filled in both online and offline modes.
  • After qualifying the examination, the students have to attend the AIE CET admission counseling to confirm their admission to the top institute in India according to the All India Rank (AIR) of AIE CET.
  • All the institutes or colleges that come under the AIE CET are approved by the Government of India and NCVT (National Council Vocational Training).

The course of ITI Electrician is related to the installation of new electrical components or maintenance and repair of existing electrical infrastructure. Electrician courses are generally focused on either construction or maintenance, although many do both. Electricians specializing in construction primarily install wiring systems into factories, businesses, and new homes. The Electricians specializing in maintenance fix and upgrade existing electrical systems and repair electrical equipment.
